Meditation: The panacea of life

Meditation is focusing of mind on a single thought for long time. It is a mind that is calm, without hesitation and anticipation. Different research has revealed that in deep meditation, the brain produces the EM wave of range 8-12 Hz – mostly of 7-8 Hz, which is required EM frequency for replicating DNA.

All these studies have experimentally corroborated the positive effects of meditation at the cellular level in the human body though the exact mechanism is still mystery and, proved it to be elixir of life.
