YOG ~ SAMBHOG

My new post is a sort of notes which is amalgamation of experience and knowledge got from different best seller and revered books..
My recent post " YOG and SAMBHOG " put forth the correlation between the two most important act, i.e. Yog and Sex for peace and harmony of a person.

It may sounds absurd, Sambhog/sex and Yog share a lot in common – both are soul and mind assisted, enjoyment of self by their five senses hearing, feeling, seeing, tasting and smelling.
Both are the outcome of love and affection, Yog is phenomena of expressing indefinite love to the one supreme soul which brings in purity of heart, body and in total human personality, similarly, sambhog is the phenomenon of revealing most intimating love to the partner. Both are magnificent physical as well as mental exercise which helps in circulation, lowers blood cholesterol and releases helpful endorphins.
Both are types of deep lunge, one, sambhog into sensual gratification and, second yog into the silence. Sambhog brings in sensual fleshly pleasure more than all the earthily joy and pleasure, feeling like, effortless dive into the zero gravity oceans. And, Yog take one into the cosmos of silence, generating eternal power which elevates the mind. Both purifies and refresh the soul and heart and, ultimately give eternal bliss and happiness.
In accordance to ‘Kamasutra’ - a famous book written on sex, Sex is the phenomenon of expressing extreme devotion, care and adoration to partner. It brings in next generation and regulates the life on earth. In this book only it has been mentioned that a position of sambhog could awaken the Kundalini, a most elite state of self-realization, in the woman. It shows the most important characteristics, emotion and sentiment, of human beings, This is the controlling force of all worldly relationship.
According to the exhaustive study conducted by Dr Carl Charnetski of the Department of Psychology at Wilkes University in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania, Sex helps the boost immune system and help in ward off deadly cancer. So is with yog, in accordance to the famous french nobel laureate, Log Montagnaier, DNA can be replicated and transferred by passing electromagnetic wave of 6-8 Hz through it. And, that desirous frequency EM wave can be produced by yog. Thus, yog can be helpful in generation of new cell which ultimately cure cancer.
Last but not the least, both causes the birth, sambhog causes the birth of new human and put forth human beings into earthly life cycle. Yog causes the birth of new soul by removing the cloaked dirt layer from true soul, which is most pure.
Unlike many saints and revered person around, who believe - a yogi is celibate, gives up all fleshly pleasure considering this world as mortal, I believe yogi is one who has extreme devotion with the supreme power even by living in this fleshly world, and, going through all this universal drama.

Meditation:Panacea of life

Guys this curt post about meditation is an excerpt of my personal experience and some of the evidential knowledge I got from different source. It may seem boring, but I assure you this is very true and resourceful.

Meditation: The panacea of life

Meditation is focusing of mind on a single thought for long time. It is a mind that is calm, without hesitation and anticipation. Different meditation preaching organization gives different method like - Brahmakumari spiritual University state that meditation is the connection of soul to the supreme incorporeal soul with great affection and love, Art of living says meditation is diving deep within yourself, Patanjali Yoga describes it as Sanyam or combination of contemplation, meditation and Samadhi, and, many others inculcate the same in their own way.

The most advanced research of the century, by famous French Nobel laureate Log Montagnaier reveals that DNA strand can be replicated and transferred from one test tube to other test tube by passing Electromagnetic wave of 7 Hz frequency through it. Thus, A bad cell can be copied into new fresh cell and, ultimately, replace it. This research can give new life to a dying one.
Different research has revealed that in deep meditation, the brain produces the EM wave of range 8-12 Hz – mostly of 7-8 Hz, which is required EM frequency for replicating DNA.

According to different yog and meditation preaching organization - Meditation rejuvenate and keep aging person healthy, it decelerate the rate of getting older. Meditation gives perfect body of beauty, grace, strength and hardness of a thunderbolt.

Range of scientific studies has shown the direct effect of meditation on DNA and gene expression which help in delaying the process of aging by increasing telomerase activity. Telomerase is an enzyme which repairs DNA. Chromosomes have caps of repetitive DNA called telomerase at their ends. Telomeres stops the shortening and, thus, aging process.

Harvard university study showed that meditation directly affects genes by switching on and off to counter the bad effects of free radical generated by emotional and physical stress.

All these studies have experimentally corroborated the positive effects of meditation at the cellular level in the human body though the exact mechanism is still mystery and, proved it to be elixir of life.

Dear readers, after a long gap I am posting... Its just a few lines from the heart's compendium at my college NITRR. I have written it concise and compact to make it less time taking.....lolz....

I will miss the frenetic audience at Fest/ jam session ;.......... seriously yar

I will miss the group chat-up line

I will miss the sweet talk with stranger on phone

I will miss to live in misconception to be liked by any pretty girls ....... :D

I will miss the Night show in Room theatre

I will miss the crouched sleep at night and langger.........

I will miss the common GPL on any special occasion

I will miss the HOLI with toast of Bhang

I will miss the soiled and Kapda-fad HOLI celebration ... especially 2010 type

I will miss the mid-night brawl and followed by authority

I will miss the class room caper ......... too desperately to explain it in words

I will miss the booing upon boredom..... especially BAKWASS lecture --------:D

I will miss the late night celebration at any highway Dhawa

I will miss the anxiousness and tension before interview

I will miss the cramped and cruising bike-ride with friend .......... yahuuu......

I will miss the chaffing & bantering

And the most I will miss my lovely juniors and their teasing talk.....

I will miss all my reminisce either it is pleasing or bitter at NITRR

................... I wish we could be together at least in every one/two year....................

As I am repeatedly saying I am novice in blogging and writing so I need your invaluable suggestion if it is not troublesome for you.

War and Love

Although both love and war are somewhat like antithesis in their meaning and senses i.e. war signifies the animosity and abhor unlike the love which signifies affection and care but it has same target that is to achieve the aim at any cost, as a famous adage goes “everything is fair in war and love” which illustrate that all the crooked and canny trick is justifiable to romp home the war and the love as well. War is to subjugate over the enemy and love is to arrest the partner’s heart so both needs painstaking effort, fiendish trick and steadfast patience.
It is evident from the historical war like the range of war combined with the treacherous and fleecing law by England over whole world and the Indians, Indians routed the great conqueror Alexander to succumb, Vietnam crushed the American imperialistic attitude. Furthermore, historical love affairs like elope of the princess Sanjogta by King Prithavi Raj Chauhan from his hostile secession king palace, cunningly steal princess from Greek by Troy prince, are concreted this philosophy about the love as well.
War and love are also inter-related considering the fact that it has causal relationship as well as avert according to the circumstances, like the Trojan War was outcome of love affairs between Troy princess and Greek Princess, many wars between Rajput and Mughal were averted due to love of Jodha-Akbar love.
It is cent-percent justifiable if it is for welfare for future generation even at the cost of aggravating the common life. It is worth to allow the war if it is about mingling two elegant loving heart because keeping two loving bird in sequester is like plundering and raping the heart and soul. So war and love are the two side of a coin and thus one’s effect on other can’t be mitigated.

Love the enigma

Albeit Love is indefinable with the words even then if it would be elucidated tenuously then it may be defined as the invulnerable connections of enamoring hearts which results in the care, affection and devotion for each other. Love is not only between girls and boys as partner rather it may be between a parents and their siblings, sister and brother, grand pa and grandchild and friends etc. In fact it may be between creatures and human beings or among the creature itself, sometimes love happens to be with lifeless things as well.
Mythically in accordance to sage Guru the Love is nothing but the connection of two soul which once to be part of same society in the heaven and by god grace they came here and get bounded with the impeccable bound in the form of love. Scientifically love is illustrated as the frequency matching of two invisible wave instigated from the soul, so sometimes a unexpected circumstantial coincidence commence into wonderful relationship of love and sometimes primarily even if someone don’t likes to be in but have to be got in through such an intangible wave.
Love has nothing to do with lustful, salacious and lascivious proclivity among the partner but it may be just a mere outcome after happens to be in love nevertheless. However if Amorousness would taken as the love then its a big dismantling blow on the face of the pious relationship of love. Many a times love may fruited into conjugal but if not even then its strength never becomes tenuous. Love also can’t be materialistic and mercenary for the advantages in that case it would be a cruel abuses and contemptuous mock at the heavenly relationship of love.
Evidently it is elucidated that Love is most powerful even more than any bomb here on the earth which can cause mountains of calamity on the places where it is ruthlessly crushed by the evil juggernaut. So fleecing of it is sin of that level that none of penance can wane there effect.
Even after so much of explanation to unravel in words the true nature of perplexing and fathomless relations of love I am skeptic of the level of clarity of relationship. In fact It is undefinable verbally rather it is worth to feel it. So it will remain a enigma for the one who has never felt it.
